Big debut for J-Lo
Jose Lopez made his Zephyrs debut a memorable one last night, delivering a solo homer with the game scoreless in the seventh to propel the Zephyrs to a 2-0 win. The Z’s have won consecutive games on the heels of a four-game losing skid, and are now just two games behind division co-leaders Albuquerque and Round Rock.
Tonight, New Orleans goes after a ninth win in 10 tries against Memphis this season.
