Z’s open series in SAC-Town
The Zephyrs open a four game series in Sacramento today. NOLA has won three in a row and are 1.5 games back of first place.
The Z’s added pitcher Chris Sampson today and released outfielder Aaron Mathews.
*The Z’s pitching staff allowed just 9 runs in the four game set in Fresno, a 2.31 ERA.
*Ozzie Martinez will join the club tomorrow, he was 1×8 in 13 games with the Marlins.
