Z’s travel west to Albuquerque
The Zephyrs took an early morning flight today to Albuquerque to begin a four game series against division rival Isotopes.
The Z’s are a half game back of the Isotopes for second place in the division. Round Rock is in first place. The Express have won 7 in a row.
The Zephyrs have struggled in the Duke City, dropping 6 of 8 a year ago and are 2-14 at Isotopes Park since ’09. The Z’s have not won a season series in Albuquerque since ’07.
