Is
Willie Collazo going to be the Zephyrs All-Star Representative in Portland?

 

The
29 year old left handed pitcher has been the Z’s representative each of the
past two seasons at the Triple A All-Star Game. 
Collazo had another strong performance on Saturday pitching 6 innings
and allowing two runs and earned his team leading sixth win.  He leads the team in wins, innings pitched,
and is second in strikeouts and appearances.

 

Fans
can vote for Collazo and all their favorite Zephyrs at
Minorleaguebaseball.com.  Collazo is not
listed on the ballot for some strange reason so you will need to write him
in.

Michael Ryan,  Gaby Sanchez, Cameron Maybin and Nate Field all deserve some All-Star attention with their terrific play.  

 

NOTES-  Cameron Maybin returned to the line up for
the Z’s on Sunday….  Gary Glover makes
his Zephyrs debut on Sunday …. Hayden Penn will make his debut with a start on
Tuesday.
